Online intake before you arrive, or finish in our lobby. Bring your insurance card and a photo ID.

Exam (15–20 minutes)
Digital posture scan, neurological screen, orthopedic tests, and a thorough history. X-rays in-office if clinically needed.

Findings + first treatment (15–20 minutes)
Dr. Hatlen walks you through what he found and starts your first adjustment, laser, or decompression session — most patients leave feeling better the same day.
